The Junior program is organized for teenagers aged 14-17 and focus on English language lessons, the unique Global Citizen program as well as cultural visits and fun activities.

Is there a registration deadline?

There is no registration deadline, although in some cases, due to visa requirements, it is recommended to register a few weeks in advance. You should also be aware that courses may not have openings if you register at short notice.

How is my English level measured?

Students take a placement test to determine their level.

Do I need to attach a standardized test score or grade concentration when enrolling in these ESL courses?

No, your English level will be determined by the placement test.

Do I receive a certificate or document at the end of the course?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of participation detailing your level of English, the dates on which you studied and your percentage of attendance.

I am not a student in my country, can I enroll in these English courses with a student visa?

Yes, you do not need to be a student at the time of enrollment. Anyone can enroll in these programs, as long as they meet the minimum requirements.-

Can I enroll in these ELS courses on a visitor visa or visa waiver?

Yes, but with a visitor visa, you can study for 2-12 weeks, either part-time or full-time at your convenience and you will not be allowed to work.

What are the school's English levels?

At ELC you will find six levels of English: Elementary, Lower Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced.

How many students are in each class?

12 students on average and a maximum of 16 per class.

What accommodation is available?

Options include: homestay and residences in agreement with ELC. In addition, students can also find accommodation on their own in hotels, hostels, apartments or residences.
